Its 1 bulb for low beam. 2 bulbs for high beam. There's not a low beam with both lights on. The f4I has the pirate eye look. I hate it. I've been told by numerous bikers and drivers, "your headlight is out"

They look really nice but look at your picture of low beam shining on the garage door. Notice the nice cut off line and then all the scattered light about it. All that light blinds everyone coming towards you. Personally I put projectors in my olf f4i. It was $100 to do it and I didnt blind anyone. I do a lot of night time driving and hate being blinded by other drivers so I dont like to blind them.

it is possible to have both headlights on for hi AND low beams. i've seen it before locally, but never asked how to do it.

The only way I can see having both on for low and hi is with projectors. That is how my f4i had both on. Look under my threads and you will find pics from few years back. I def like the look of 2 projectors running at the same time. Doubles light output as well.

Wiring your high beam bulb to come on with your low beam is pointless. It is the same as turning on your high beam.

Here is my how to for installing projectors on 03 f4i. https://cbrforum.com/forum/f4i-main-...mostly-108633/
