Do not feel sorry for your friend because of the situation he is in right now. That has nothing to do with what he did to your bike.

I didnt get hurt.. my bike landed on my friends arm which scraped him up a bit and he was bleeding all over my bike. but he didnt even notice at the time.

I was looking today and my two fork adjusting **** on the top are at different postitions... I dont think they were this way before and ive never adjusted them. is this a problem? Ill try to take a pic in the morn. They are the suspension adjustments.

No it's not a problem, but you should adjust them so they're even again at some point. Search around, there's info about setting your suspension on the boards.
