Ignition lock-off-run

My guess would be that by replacing the triple-tree with an aftermarket one, it has caused the deadbolt inside the ignition switch to be in misalignment with its corresponding hole in the frame (works similar to an ordinary household door lock). Thus in order to remedy this, you'd have to figure out how/why it's misaligned, and move the switch accordingly. I presume either up or down if the switch is still centered. Either that, or skip the whole procedure altogether, and get a disk brake lock and/or chain.
