Default ignition????

I am installing a remote starter on my bike. (lets skip all the safety talks and all that) and i have everything hooked up and it kicks over but the fuel pump never kicks on i believe it is the pink wire from the ignition that is messing with me. my shop manual says that it goes to the computer. Is this some sort of anti-theft device or whats the story on this?? any help would be great!!

Sorry to bring up an old topic but I'm doing the same thing and am having the same problem and need help quick. Did you ever figure it out? Please any help. It definately has to do with the pink wire, pin 19 of the ecm.

as far as i know, there are 2 or 3 sensors that wont let the bike go.
1) is the kickstand sensor. there is a kit to get around it (since in order to race you gotta take off the stnad)
2) the tilt sensor which i just resently discovered sits in the light housing and unless its connected the bike wont prime
3) kill switch. pretty simple there

there isnt an anti-theft standard on the F4i

Could you explain the sensors, I don't understand why the tilt sensor and kickstand would be in question here. First the kickstand sensor is not a part of the circuit unless the bike is in gear. I also thought the tilt sensor (bank angle sensor) only came into play if the bike was dropped. Please correct me if I'm wrong here.
