Default I may be upgrading

So i might cross over to the RR world. Not sure if i should just go with a 600 or a 1000. I have pretty good experince level, and i dont ride like an idiot. So im comfortable with riding just about anything. When i go to actually look at some bikes, what would be main things i should be looking for. For example F4i's have the CCT problem. Does any of the RR's have similar problems. Thanks

off topic, but I think the CCT problem has been corrected in the recent years model F4i's, so I've been told.
I think you could probably handle the liter...just make sure it does power wheelies in 3rd [8D]

i wouldn't say going from an 02 f4i to a 600RR is an upgrade. You won't notice any difference. The F4i is just as fast. Get the 1000 or you're just wasting money.

Much agreed on the liter bike. Not enough difference moving up to the 600RR.

true, yea im selling my bike to my younger brother so the seat cowl is a no go. but i want to buy something that feels bigger. I mean the reason why im getting out of the F4i's is because im really way to big for it. Im 6'3 and about 180lbs. so you can imagine why i need to upgrade. I thought the 600 was fine but the RR just felt wider and had a bigger tank on it so i felt like i was on a bigger bike. But I do want something faster. If anyone knows of some good deals on 1000RR's or 600RR's let me know. thanks

There is a guy here in MI, detroit area with a 2003 Yamaha R1, looks brand new, 4000 miles, he's only asking 7k. I thought it was a good deal.
