Default hose problem

Hey all, so my winter project is almost complete and just have one last problem lol.... in taking my engine out i seemed to have misplaced a hose and i dont know exactly where it goes... looked at the manual and its no help... i think it is a breather hose but im not sure for what.... the gas tank has a ripped hose, but it doesnt match the size of hose that i have free..... so confused.. i have a picture of the gas tank, the hose itself and the position of the hose before i took it apart... any hlep is appreciated... this is a 2002 f4i...

could the 2nd pic be the hose for the coolant overflow? or a breather/overflow for the gas tank. has to be one of those two because these are the 2 hoses that get routed to the bottom of the left side fairing that come out around where the kickstand is

The two hoses coming from the bottom of the tank that are NOT connected to the fuel pump are an overflow and breather, both for fuel. They are not connected to anything, and are run to the bottom of the left fairing (all three of my hoses are routed that way, including the coolant overflow.
