Default Honda Stock Cam Chain Tensioner

I repalce my CCT yesterday and I found it so easy to remove the old one but a hell to put the new one in. I bought a stock CCT from Honda, I didn't use the manual CCT from APE. After I installed the new new one, I started my bike and its worst than ever! Rattling & a high pitch noise is so noticeable now than before. Did I do something wrong? Is there anyone here that can post a "HOW TO" instruction on replacing a stock CCT with a Honda CCT not the manual one.

Stock CCT to Stock CCT not Stock CCT to Manual.

i'm thinking you didn't pull out the pin and put the bolt back on, which is located at the outside end of the cctl.

Because of the space where the CCTL located, I had a hard time removing the stopper at the end of the new CCTL & also for the same reason, I had a HELL of a time screwing in & tightening the end bolt. I have to modify one of my 8mm box wrench to be able to reach & tighten this bolt. Yeah! it was an experienced. And my advice to all is to read the instruction posted here before you start anything. For Stock CCTL - http://www.bossturbo.com/cbr/howto_cct.shtml & also here if you are replacing the stock CCTL with a manual one http://cbrworld.net/forums/thread/85183.aspx. This 2 sites are very very helpful. Thanks to this great people.
