I absolutely agree! You should be checking your tire pressure every few rides and make absolutely sure they're at spec. They're all that's between you and the pavement. This isn't like driving a car. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ride on low tires.

Also, if the bike was stored for winter, and sat in one spot, there could be a slight flat spot formed, not too likely though.

Either that or, the tire and rims could be out of balance as well.

Guys, he said 10psi below factory. Chill. Find an experinced rider who rides AT factory pressures???? Most tires should be in the low to mid 30s anyway.

As far as the wobble, based solely on his description, I'm thinking new bike/rider jitters or poor road surface. No shake at 60 then shake at 70....suspicous. I have a road near me that I thought was billiard smooth until I rode my bike on it. I pulled over about 3 times and checked the bike until I discovered that it was the road surface.

Even though the tires are under factory spec they feel hard so i was kinda afraid of adding more pressure if i didn't need to. And today i was on a different highway and i was up to 80 for about 10 sec. and it felt fine. This was on a paved black top road not concrete. So could it have been from the rain grooves in the concrete.

To be sure, have the bike checked over by an experienced person. And get yourself a tire guage and pump. I have a foot pump that's great for adding a few pounds. It's a workout to add 10 lbs though.

Factory spec is 36/42

You're saying riding around on tires inflated to 26 and 32 is gonna be good? That experienced bikers ride around on pressures like that? At 100mph plus? Really?

Check the height adjustments for both forks in the triple tree. Use a set of calipers if you have one. 2mm off on one side can cause some serious front end feel issues

26psi on the street is too low. I could see someone running Pirelli on the track at that pressure, but that's a really fast guy.
