High beam adjustment

How do I lower the angle of the high beam?
I tried the phillips screw and it didn't do aanything?
can someone describe the procedure?

Phillips screw didn't do anything??? the assembly may be stuck/dry and not be moving...

according to the service manual (01-03), vertical adjustments are done simply by turning the screw (clockwise turn to aim upwards),
and horizontal adjustments made the same way (differnet screw of course). may be different for your 2005.

??? make sure you're turning the right screw!

the vertical adjustment in located where the air intake cover is. There is a hole on both sides. I have a 05 too great bike.
