HID problems Strobe on start up
Well when i first installed them they actually blew there was a 9A fuse in it. There were back up 15s so i put a 15 in and currently allows both to start up at the same time if necessary.
i dont know what it could be this damn flickering/strobe i assume its because its not getting enough power

I would say your are not getting enough voltage right after start up. I added a time delay on my HID's that I put on the Busa. Many others have done the same thing to prevent the stobe effect. Another solution would to replace your batter with one with more CCA. It's worth a shot...
no relay needed,no bigger fuse needed.Just get some better hid's.Ive never had a issue with mine and never changed the fuse or installed the time relay(which i had issues with)
Relays are good, you can delay it from coming on till after startup and also wire it straight to the battery so that you do not have issues w/ melting wiring or blowing fuses.
