He has an 01 f4i and is having some issues. He detected it was the fuel pump so he needs a new one. I've been researching for him and it seems like he can use any cbr600rr fuel pump through 06 (i think) as they are interchangeable.


Can someone verify that? Also, if not, can someone point us in the right direction where to find the cheapest possible fuel pump replacement.

I'd call the dealer to verify the part numbers are the same b/c I don't know if they are. For the best price use google, ebay, craiglist, classifieds on cbr sites and you may find someone parting out a bike.

 

Different part numbers, I really don't think they will work from a RR to a F4i

 

that's what I was wondering, about the part#'s. Ok. Now off to search for an F4i fuel pump specifically.
