Help...keep blowing fuse

Follow guide above. Plug solenoid back in. Power off

1. Measure resistance to ground of all wires leaving solenoid. Only wire with connection is green/red. all others should have no connection/open-circuit/infinite ohms

2. trace and inspect each wire segments out from solenoid to each junction and disconnect. Does that remove short? If not, keep on moving away from solenoid measuring connection to ground along way

check all the wires by your tail to make sure everything is getting power, and if not, you no there is a problem and you will have to trace it backwards.
