Hey murf,

I cant think of anything traditional, but maybe a little less conventional. What about header wrap and adhering it to the inside of the fairings? Why not go with oem? Too expensive? Or just can't find anything. I'll let ya know if I can find something that makes more sense!

Best,
Antonio

Ive checked on oem and i think it was somthing like 60 bucks a side. header wrap would be ideal if i could find it in like a 2x3 sheet insted of a coulple inches wide, might have to do though, without spendin over $100.

Check your local auto parts store.

I work at Advance, and well sell rolls of header heat wrap stuff (which I'm going to get for mine, soon), in different sizes.

I've heard it's pretty good stuff, a co-worker of mine who rides recommended it to me.
