Default having problems with the bike

im having more problems with my bike. i went to start it today and it would start and imediatly stall. all the dash lights were on except the FI light. then i noticed the the head lights werent on but the turn signals were all on. when i pulled the head light fuse the bike would start when i put it back in it stalled. then i relised the full pump wasnt working when the fuse was in. when i finally got it hom i pulled the front faring off and messed with it and put it back on and it stoped doing it but i cant figure out what it was, any ideas?

also does any one notice they get a little beter gas millage with 89 then 87? could the prior owner have messed with something to make it this way? i dont notice a change in preformance or any noise just gase millage/

sounds like a bad ground nun of the fuse were blown then my guess would be a ground. Taking the front off and putting it back on my have moved it enough to get a good connection. but why would you but 87 in your bike
