HAUNTED F4i. The Saga Continues - Neutral Light

Okay so i found my problem... As nickp123 and others have pointed out it was the neutral switch. Searched for DIY and nothing so here is mine... THIS IS A DO-IT-YOURSELF... DONE AT OWNERS RISK. THANKS
Tools Needed: 14mm socket with 6" extension and ratchet wrench, pliers to remove wire connector.
Recommended: REAR Stand <--- makes owning a bike that much easier to work on.
Part Needed: Neutral Switch according to year. Mine is a 01 F4i Part#
Step 1: Locate (2001-2003 F4i directly under front sprocket cover.) Looks like a small sparkplug
and Remove Switch Wire
NEW and OLD compared; a look at picture 3 below and notice how worn down my old switch is. This is the reason why it will not start, with the tip filed down like that it "thinks" the bike is always in gear. Also there is a bronze spacer/washer remove this, clean and place on new switch as shown in picture 2.
1:
2:
3:
Finally install new switch and reconnect wire.
INSTALLED:
CONNECTED:
My motorcycle has been running great since. I no longer have to hold my clutch or leave the bike in gear while at a stop. Starts perfectly after fueling with temp above 180 degrees. Now i dont look like a fool at the gas station waiting for my bike to cool.

I've looked into replacing the wire... pretty tough it connects to the main wire harness so you have to trace it back to the main if you replace the whole thing. If you damaged the plug and you still have some play with the wire just cut off the old one and use a bullet female quick disconnect. Found in the electrical section at a RadioShack or home improvement store. Looks to me as a 16gauge to 18gauge should be the color blue i believe. If not just take the old switch with you and trial and error.

Exact problem exact fix
Hey guys.
I have previous post talking about my Neutral Light (N) blinking sometimes when the bike is on neutral, or just dont turning ON.
I was thinking that it was caused by the clutches sticking or Neutral not fully engaging.
I replaced my Clutch, and replaced the Clutch Cable.
The saga continues...
I noticed that this just happens ONLY when the bike it hot. I can run my bike for 20 minutes with no problem. after that, and after my bike is above 200F, the problem starts..
SCENARIO:
8:00am. - I crank the bike and take off to work.
8:05-8:20- I can stop in all traffic light and engage neutral with no problems. Light will come up and work like a charm.
8:30 - I get to work. if i put the bike in neutral it will blink a little bit, or just wont come up. If I rev the bike a little it will come on, and sometimes ON and then off while continuosly reving. If i put the kick Stand (side stand) the bike will shut off (because it senses that is not in neutral). If the light is ON the bike will stay running, but can suddenly shut off if the light decides to turn off.
I have heard people saying about the Kickstand Switch. The weird thing is that it just happens when HOT. And when I rev it kinda blinks.
My thoughts are that if the kickstand switch is going SOUTH, it will give trouble at all times, not after 30 mins of using the bike.
ANy ideas ?!!
