Default GSXR 1000 exhaust?

I found a guy locally parting out an 07 gsxr 1000. He's selling the exhaust for $25. I'm trying to decide if it would be worth trying to put on my 01 f4i. I'm thinking that for $25, I might as well just get it and try it out.

I am not, but I have a good friend that is. He has helped me with some projects in the past. My main concern isn't if it will physically fit it's if the back pressure is going to work for the f4i engine?

You want to put a stock GSXR pipe on your F4i? Honda engineers went to alot of work and design to make the exhaust pipe that you have. As for your design and looks, save your money and get an aftermarket pipe that is designed for your bike. Youmay get it to work, but look at the big picture is it worth damaging your engine for looks?
