If you pay $4k for an F4i it better have never been down, have under 3k miles on the clock and you live somewhere where riding season is at least 11 months long.

 

well.......damn lol bikes seem like their expensive in NY. under 3k miles that would cost like 6 grand for a 01

 

bought my 01 F4i with 12,000 miles for 3200 this summer its in great condition

 

Wow to live in the states haha...bikes and insurance are so cheap down there compared to canada...i paid 3500 for my 01 f4i with 16k and had been downed...that was cheap in these parts haha

 

I live in Philadelphia and got my immaculate 06 with 2.5k miles for $4.5k. I'd have kept looking but having a blue F4i was worth an extra $500

I had to drive to New Jersey to get it tho *hint hint*

I paid exactly $3k for a mint '01 with 7,700 miles, from a private seller on Long Island.

Buying from a dealer migh be worth a little extra if he gives you a 60 or 90-day warranty so if you discover a problem you can go back to him to fix or refund.

 

I Just bought an 01 exactly like the one thats posted red and white. My bike had 4900 miles on it and never been dropped super clean. He wanted 4200 for it i offered 3900 for it. I still feel like i paid a lot for it but is super clean and excellent condition. You can tell if the fairings are aftermarket by looking at the white decals on the fairings. The white decals should have a pearl finish to it just like the white paint on the bike. I hope this helps it looks like a clean bike but way over priced.
