I'm fine since it fell slow & it hit the frame sliders they are metal so the bike is fine too. I agree it was funny and dumb because after it was on me I was laughing asking my friends to get the bike off of me.

Funny and Dumb. It happened to me fixing brakes on a car, the thing nearly squashed me when it fell off of the jack.

car jacks are too unstable ,I use wood blocks under it and if I remove the wheels I put them under as well just in case it does fall I won't get smashed.

That's what jack stands are for. My uncle taught me to ALWAYS use them.
