Fuel pump continuously primes & wont stop

Have tried new relays, a whole new pump, out of ideas now, anyone here have any thoughts?

Check the signal line to the fuel cut relay - That comes straight from the ECU - not sure if it's switched hot or negative but a meter will tell you.
