I hear alot about this. What setup are people using so I can start looking? Is it work the swap?

 

Some people have replaced their forks with inverted style forks from 929's, cbr600rr's and even R1's. Inverted forks are more modern technology and perform better. I can't comment on whether it is worth it or not. Generally you have to replace the entire front end. It is also important to retain the bike's stock geometry.

 

What year. I dont really like the forks that are on it now they def need updating. I dont want anything crazy just a simple swap. Im sure anything is better than whats on here.

Dont swap forks unless you have money to blow. I can promise you, go have your current forks revalved/resprung and your shock rebuilt at Traxxion Dynamics and you will be more than happy.

99% of riders cannot outride properly built f4i forks. I did the swap just to have something different and I had money to blow.

 

I put 07cbr1000rr front end on, amazing ride quality definitely worth it if your willing to part with the money
