Default Front End Problem

Hey Guys, I'm havinga problem getting my front fender on. I changed the forks because they were slightly bent. The forks are even at the top (@ the handlebars), but the holes don't line up for the fender (one is too low). Do you think it could be a bent axle or maybe bent steering stem or triple clamp causing the height difference? What's the best way to check these things?

Thanks for any advice/insight!

You might have ended up with one F4 fork and one F4i fork, they are identical except for the fender mounting points.

It doesn't sound like it could be a bent axle. Especially if you removed the axle and put it back in alright.
