I dont understand the reverence for brand names, yes, it is a high quality piece, but it would look better, shorter, no question. I understand reverence for your own hard earned money spent, that is something different. But still, if you are very careful, it will come out so clean, no one will know. Then, just relocate the badge/sticker and you are good to go.

Whats an fe?

bro, the reason for not wanting to cut the pipe is not so much my ability but I never really learned how an exhaust works. I had a rough idea of how a two stroke expansion chamber did its job, and I hear terms being thrown back and forth but the exhaust is one component of the bike that I never really got into. Mainly because if I were ever going to upgrade a bike of mine, the exhaust would be the last thing to change (for the same cost of a system for my 125, I could have had it ported and the power would've been MUCH more noticeablee)

FE= fender eliminator. With some bikes or vehicles the exhaust and baffling is required to created a certain amount of backpressure to maintain the correct airflow and afr or whatever in the engine but the f4i can run just as well straight piped as it can with your exhaust how it is now. Thats why slip ons offer no change in performance and you can make them whatever size you want and it wont affect your engine. The sound will certainly be different but itll run just the same. I think shorter cans look way better so i was suggesting to cut it down. Its all up to you and your preferences though.
