Default no start on fresh build

I have just finished putting together a 98 cbr600 on a 95 frame. I have swaped everything along the way. My engine will spin with the starter, I have spark on all 4 plugs. I did not remember the order the wires to the coil went. I think I know how the spark plug wire runs(left runs 2 and 3 and right runs 1 and 4). I still don't know what leads go to what coil. I caught myself checking every possable combination but I got nothing. I am trying to start on starting fuild at the point so carbs should not be problem unless there is somthing I am missing. Please help the bike is all together all my gear just came in and it hit 80 here yesterday for the first time

Not sure which harness you're using, but on my 96 F3 the yellow/blue goes on the left (with black female connectors) and the yellow/black goes on the right (with white female connectors). Then you've only got 4 possible combinations of wiring it up. Good luck!

You may have spark, but it might not be at the correct time. The Yellow/Blue wire goes to the 1&4 coil. The Blue/Yellow wire goes to the 2&3 coil. They both have a common Bl/W wire that has 12 volts to it with the key on. The secondary coil wires (spark plug wires) for the left coil go to 2&3. The other 2 plug wires from the right coil go to 1&4. Hook up your fuel tank with the wires connected properly & try again.
