Default Frame slider hole problem...

Hey guys...ok... I've searched through all the frame sliders questions, but I didn't see or might of missed this. I don't really know what I should do in this case. Seeing if anyone hashadthis same problem. This bike was used and the work that was done to it was shotty as you can see from the pics.Should I either use adremmal tool and round it out or maybe try redrilling with a 2"+ drill bit?
Any suggestions?

don't use the dremel too to round it out. get the drill attachment and clean it up that way...or you can get furniture gromets and put those there.

I founda thread that mentions https://www.westernrubber.com/mainframe2.aspxfor rubber grommets.
Anyone know of any other places I can try?
