Default Fork color paint or not to paint

ok i am currently under a massive rebuild... i have polished the frame, painted the casting areas in silver.. color changed the wheels to silver..

i am considering color the changing the forks to silver

but i am wondering if it will be overkill... i am thinking the touch of gold/copper
along with my gold/copper grips and may to a gold/copper color chain
just to hold small accents of factory color.....

i have time before i re-install the forks due to i am on hold till my brother gets done on turning the rotors and i get my chain and sprocket kit ordered and in.

so what do you all think????

1) You're not really supposed to shave motorcycle rotors, just run 'em till they need replacing.

2) Make sure you bring 'em to a place that's familiar with painting different types of materials. I don't know if it applies to your fork tubes, but I know people who have just brought their fork tubes to a body shop and they did the usual paint process and it didn't adhere properly because of the fork tube material.

rotors are able to be turned they have to stay within a certain threshold..
a rotor can be turned but it has to be done by a skilled hand.. mine front and rear have 1mm before reaching the minimum thickness level..1MM should be way more than enough to remove minor warping.
if the wear is not even or the warp is to extensive i will be replacing.

yes when it comes to painting typical problem is due to oxidation on aluminum that builds within milli seconds after prep. what is needed is the proper paint designed to penetrate or adhere to the oxidation.

i would not perform any work that i did not have the proper knowledge or tools to perform... working without the right tools is like a pool without water...DIVING IN COULD LEAD TO DISASTER!!

this is not to be cocky or ignorant..i understand your just making points and i do appreciate any and all input.... i am just stating my point of view and by no means want to offend anyone... it is always hard to convey points of view without it sounding cocky arrogant or short tempered for some reason...
so i apologize

Honestly, I'd just buy some new rotors and leave the forks stock.
