I think Cycle Gear will mount and balance for free is you buy the tire there. They will also re-balance it. Have not tried them but it sound interesting.

Got a set of Pierelli's for 300 installed USD. When I was looking to just have tires installed was a ridiculous price and most shops were just as bad ($100 USD). So I think you probably are going to get the best deal buying them where they can install them.
