Alex,
I sent him a message. Thanks again. Wish this winter I would have used them would have saved enough to cover the cost of a mod.

UPDATE

I got my new fuel pressure regulator in yesterday. Install was easy. Got it done just in time to go to work. So i was only able to put 15 miles on the bike yesterday but the fuel smell, flames and popping have gone away. The bike also idles smooth and has a little better throttle response.
Big thanks to all of you that helped cause this is the best my bikes ran.

Heartland Honda was a great place to order OEM parts from. Quick delivery and great prices.

UPDATE:

I just got back from a 150 mile hard ride. The fuel smell is gone. The popping and back fire are back. If I left off higher than 6,000 rpm the backfire, popping sound happens. So far no blue flame.

I had 2 small exhaust leaks. The first one was at the midpipe to header and the second one was at the midpipe to exhaust can. I bought some exhaust leak stuff and fixed the midpipe to can. I have not fixed the midpipe to the header.

I will fix the midpipe to header today. But the weather is going to be bad for the next 5 days. So I was hoping you guys might have some other ideas since I cant ride and have time check things.

Quick recap. I have replaced plugs, filter, Fuel Pressure Regulator, remapped PC3 and checked all hoses to make sure I have no loose ones, and repaired a small exhaust leak.

Thanks in advance for help

So after tons of searching I believe the clean air mod is my next move. Will update and dont worry I read the posts and no need to start a war on the clean air mod.

Finished doing the clean air mod. Bike runs great. I only got to put about 15 miles on but even at 10 or 11 grand i can let off the throttle and the bike doesnt pop or backfire. Made a huge difference in my decel sound. Now it doesnt sound like a drunk bear is on my back seat.

I did it by just putting a 1/2inch tee in place of the pair valve. It was 1 dollar for the tee and everything fit tight. I used valve caps from a bicycle to seal up the holes in the air box. Really easy and makes a huge difference in sound for me.
