So I finally finished my winter project, restoring a wrecked 01 F4i. Went out for the first ride Saturday. Bike runs and rides like a dream. The only problem is the FI light stays on constantly. Any ideas on what could be goin on?

 

There isnt a sound or anything that might sound out of wack.

What about your battery connections that can cause the light to stay on. Also where the headlight assembly connects right by the ignition if that is loose it would still start but may have the light on. Took me a minute to figure why my light stayed on untill i just made sure all wires were connected tightly.
