The FI MIL codes only go up to 33. Are you sure on the number of flashes. The blinks are 1.3 seconds and .5 seconds in duration.

Yeah I checked it Again an it blinks 3 1.3 seconds flashes then right after it blinks 4 .5 seconds flashes an it makes the bike not really wanting to start when it's cold an it won't idle an it also runs terrible it spits an sputters when I give it gas. It bogs so much I can't really make it past 8000rpms when I ride it

Code 34 is related to the EGCV and air intake valve servo motor voltage.

Have you done any work recently to the bike?
This sounds awfully familiar.
When the TPS sensor and MAP sensor connectors are swapped exactly the same happens.
Are the MAP sensor and the TPS sensor very near eachother and have the same connector?
My 2003 954rr does
