After you check the other things, I know it sounds stupid but check the fuel filter. I have had 2 situations where the filter was clogged to the point it will flow but only to a certain point (volume) of fuel. One time on my car the other on my boat, usually when you hit that point it will start to buck or bog down. I know it is a bike but it is still possible. I also had a boat (4 cylinder) with a bad coil. It was only running on 3 cylinders. Started an ran PERFECT but would only get to 1700 rpm,s thats it. Drove me nuts for 3 weeks!!!!!!! You would never imagine a motor could run perfect, start perfect, on 3 of 4 cylinders, after checking for spark found out a coil pack was bad, changed it out and it ran 100%, good luck
