That would effect the tune, not a no start problem. My bike starts up just fine with a stock tune with no airbox and just the header on it... I didn't run it for more than a couple second like that tho.

Check for key power at the injector. The ecu opens/closes the injector by pulsing the grounds. No power means you have a blown fi fuse, broken wire, bad connector somewhere. If you have power, then you have a bad or loose ground or your ecu has a bad injector driver. Since you have spark, the pulse generator is probably good.
Go to a auto parts store and pick up a noid light to test the injector pulse. They are cheap and are a easy way to test for injector pulse. If it blinks when you crank the motor, your signals are good.

I doubt that all 4 injectors went bad at the same time. Check for power and ground signal and go from there.

Just got in from checking the dc current on the injector connections. All showed around 11.87volts. So they are getting the juice they need correct? However when I started it they stayed the same and didn't move.

Did you get that noid light or do you at least have a test light?

When I had my 250r and was jetting it, I put too big of a jet in and it was running really rich, and it looked kinda like this. I revved it and the tach would go to 500 and then back up to 1500. Did you say you smell gas at all, you would definately be able to smell gas.

Smell the smoke, it's probably just water vapor from running it a few minutes at a time. H2O and CO is produced from burning O2 and Gasoline, when you run it for a few minutes it can cool off fast enough in the pipe to allow the water to condense and smoke-looking water vapor will come out.

The voltage will be constant. The noid or test light will flash each time the ecu tries to activate the injector. If it flashes, means you have signal to trigger them. No signal points you to ecu and grounds.
