Ok, I wired in tail light and headlight, now my fuel and spark cut off! Took it all off, still messin up. all fuses good. fuel pump good. Had a wire jumpin in this harness don't know where or what, but ran without it before! Also stuck positive in this harness to headlight... Cut off switch is always on on position.
Bike will turn starter. just no fuel prime, or spark

*Kickstand sensor tripped, neutral sensor tripped, tip sensor tripped.
*Kill switch and right hand controls work.
*Fuel pump still works off just battery.
*Fuel relay good. Just not getting signal to prime etc.



Green arrow is where i plugged into and had a jumper. not sure what was jumped, bought it that way.
Yellow arrow is from right handle bar/controls etc.
Blue arrow is from ignition.

The pink arrow, no idea exactly what that goes to, but there used to be a small jump wire there.



the green arrow here is where my Tip or Bank angle sensor is tripped.

 

my guess is that it is the headlight harness that is your unknown. it'll definitely make the bike inoperable. more specifically the green wire in the corner (it's like a ground to a relay for the fuel pump or something...with no continuity the pump won't ever prime properly).

 

So?? What do i do???!! lol

 

try hooking it back up like it was before, or did u already say u tried that, im sorry if i didnt see it

 

All it had was a small jump wire. not sure where though. not sure what that harness does. I've never had lights. been a lot bike only

 

maybe i can help i had the same prob if u mess with the wire harness at all there is a diode uner the ignition switch.what happens is the bike has a anti theft system and the diode will pop take the bottom off the the igniton switch and see if it is blown.if thats it thats ur problem the part is like 45 dollars.

 

one more thing the pink wire that comes from the ignition switch runs to the ecu and controls the spark and fuel pump ... Good luck.....
