F4i fuel injection
I was just wondering if to my pressure on the fuel injection cpu can interfere with the actuall fuel injection because if i ride my bike whenever i 1st pull off onto the main road it doesnt wanna go and i have to readjust myself on the seat in order for it to act right and get gas to the motor. This may also be do to the fact that sometimes i dont let the bike get to the right temp before I start riding. Any suggestions?? and what temp are you suppose to let the bike warm up before you start riding??
when the bike registers a temp i go. but if its the dashes i wont ride it-id bet on the temp. unless u weigh like 1000 pounds
just let the bike warm up and see if it does it-then u know what it is

optimal startout temp would be around 160. That's about the point the fast idle wax unit has bottomed out and is no longer choking the engine for cold start. there is no fuel pressure on a fuel injection cpu, so that doesnt make since. You have a Fuel pressure regulator that maintains a consistent pressure when the bike is running, what ever is excess get fed back to the fuel tank. if the fpr is going out it generally leaks into the vac lines then straight to the cylinder. If it just acts like its stalling at lower rpm, I would check that fpr out, then I would replace the sparkplugs. Most likely that will straighten all out.
i think he meant his pressure as his weight on the ECM under the seat having anything to do with it. i would say no, you aren't changing anything when you readjust yourself on the seat unless you have a frayed wire or a poor connection. i would pull your seat to start and check battery terminals, wire harness connections to the ECM, etc.
