F4i Fan trying to spin but won't...

74demon's mentions, parts are available, so you might be able to just replace the blades.
In fact, here's an after-market if you want to go 'mambo' on it. A bit pricey though and
yours wasn't listed. I bet they make one for the F4i, you'll have to talk with them
though, to be sure. There's a contact on the page, if you're interested.

I'm sure there are less expensive alternatives, just thought I'd give
you the option. ;-)
Usually, you can grab the fan blades to keep the motor from turning while you loosen
the nut on the shaft. That's gonna be trickier, if you do go for a blade replacement.
After looking the pics over, probably not worth trying to save. I bet you
can get a full fan replacement on ebay pretty cheap. Do a couple of searches and
you'll know pretty quick, what your best bet is.
At least it'll go back on easier, since you've done the hard part.
