Draudt, check out www.helminc.com

I got my 2006 CBR 600 F4i service manual from there. I prefer the hardcopy over a downloaded manual, but that's just me. The service manual is really useful in situations if you're trying to figure out problems or doing modifications...it obviously costs some money to buy one, but it's worth the investment..it gives you torque values, trouble shooting, guides, detailed instructions on how to remove and check for something

My FI light came on yesterday after I changed my CCT. It turns out that the little vacuum hose on the MAP sensor was disconnected. Did you check that one yet?

Could be a faulty sensor, a few months ago I had to replace speed sensor.
There is a lot of info on the net, I also had a issue when I purchased mine about 2 years ago & the light came on and it was actually a faulty starter switch that was causing my FI light to come on & the headlight to cut in & out.
It was just stripped, cleaned & lubed and never had problem since.
Good Luck

no that the IAT sensor. the MAP sensor is the one hanging under the airbox... it will say MAP on it.

so i just got the manual and i read the code. It gave me a 23 which is a faulty oxygen sensor heater. Now I looked for the oxygen sensor and there is none on my bike. I know that its only for california models but why would it give me a oxygen sensor problem code if there is none. any ideas?
