thanks alot for all the help. Now since im new I dont know if this is normal but alot of the time my bike doesnt really wnt to accelerate until i hit like 4 rpms. it will accerlerate but not like it does after 4 rpms. Is this normal? Or would that be one of the reasons the fi light is on?

You always want to let your bike warm up at least to 100˚F. Even then, be easy on the throttle until it reaches operating temp. A lot of people fowl their plugs by improper warm up. Just start your bike up and let it run while you put your gear on. I won't ride mine until it reaches 175˚F.
Another thing with the F4i is that the power band doesn't really kick in until about 6K rpm. On the older Yamaha R6 it wouldn't come in until about 8K. Nonetheless, it's my understanding that the F4i has good bottom end torque. Try giving it a little more juice on take off, and don't ride the clutch.
As far as the Fi light, as stated above, download the manual, you'll need it anyways (very useful).
