Exhaust Options?

Exhaust Options?
I'd like to buy a slip-on exhaust for my '04 F4i, but I'm having trouble picking a brand and could use some suggestions. I'd like to get something so that engine actually sounds like a gas engine and not an electric engine. However, I don't want it to be obnoxiously loud. I'm one person that doesn't appreciate a loud exhaust. It should still sound deep and powerful, but I don't want to disturb people or go deaf riding the bike.
I have a Yoshi RS-3 with a head pipe on a Suzuki Z400 four wheeler that I like a lot, but it is rediculously loud (not as big a deal when you are out in the middle of the woods). I'm wondering how the street version of this pipe compares. I'm also interested in the Hindle. It looks like they've put some focus on performance without making the bike sound like a pro-stock drag racer.
Any suggestions? Are there other brands I should be looking at? Also, where's the best place to buy? The best price I've found for either is at Indysuperbike.com. Does anyone have any experience with this company or have any other suggestions.
Thanks,
Kigs

RE: Exhaust Options?
this is not a plug; i've just always been very pleased with my pipe.
it's a scorpion carbon fiber slip-on that i love for these reasons:
- can never gets too hot to touch
- never going to need repacking
- carbon fiber gets extra points for sex appeal
and since you've made a real point to emphasize good tone without being too loud;
-good tone without being too loud.

RE: Exhaust Options?
Im partial to M4 high mount...low tone (rumble) at idle, but gets it when you crack the throttle...I like the mounting system over the 2 bros...heres a pic...personally I wouldnt spend the extra 100 for the c/f or titanium silencer unless thats the look your going for...I bought from indysuperbikes, the best price I could find ($300 shipped) and 3 days I had my pipe...easy install too.... If you got any questions, holla...Peace Jack
