Default Exhaust

ok i dont know if this has already been posted, so sorry if it is. Anyway I just bought a Yoshimura RS1 exhaust and was woundering if there is a difference in performance/sound between the RS1 and the RS3? Do i need to to take off the side panels of the bike(forgot what they where called) to install a slip on exhaust?

From my experience on most sport bikes you do not need to take off the fairings. However I didnt pick up what bike you have so you may have to ( my experience is limited to a few models so I am not 100% sure). As for sound and performance I have no Idea with yosh exaust.

Well I did end up having to take the right fairing off access the tail of the header. I only had one problem though when i was puting evering thing back together I noticed that that was no room to put the stock oxygen sensor. Is this bad?
The Yoshi RS1 sounds great.
