Well i went for a ride and it was ****ing sweet! I prolly woke up the whole town haha. I noticed a huge loss in power like rediculous down low power loss. Up top tho it screamed and i felt a difference in power in a positive way up top. Well can anyone answer me is this bad for the bike? or does it matter and the only negative is that the bike putters below 6k? I am goin to try this at the track (1/8 mile) on friday.

From what i have read, taking off you can and stright piping it will burn up your valves, there fore ef'n up you whole engine eventually. I think this is just when you take the whole pipe off, but i imagine that it will be the same bad result even with the mid-pipe on. I guess it has to do with there being no back pressure in the exhaust sothe whole exhaust systemdoes not function right, therefore hurting your bike in the long run lol. not sure how long it takes to actually do moderate damage to the engine though.... just my 2cents

Everyone says it will burn up the valves but no one knows for sure. I pulled my stock can off and crused around for a few weeks and it does sound great but yeah I really noticed a lot of power loss in the low rpms. But like you said after about 5-6k it takes off. Just watch for the 5 0's. Let us know the statesafter the track run.
