Whats up Forum, Yes I'm new to the forum, My new 01 600F4i has a whine in the engine. riding a 01 929 and a 02 RC51 I have never heard any thing like this, is this normal? or is this a cct problem. any help with this would be great

if its the cctl you would be hearing a rattling can sound from 3-5000 rpm.

 

does the bike have an APE CCTL? if so it could be on too tight.
