Default electrical woes... please help

So heres the deal. I've got an 03 F4I. When I bought it the headlight wiring harness was cut and the headlights didn't work, the previous owner used it as a stunt bike so he didn't care. Since then I've gotten all new plastics along with wiring in an undertail. I was able to get the tail lights and brake lights to work fine but not the integrated signals. The headlight harness is all cut up but still contains the plugs for the headlights and signals. The tip sensor has been grounded but not sure if this is good thing or not. The headlight fuse keeps blowing. Not sure if I'm missing a relay or flasher for the blinkers and where it goes. When I press the right blinker nothing happens, when I press the left I get the high beam indicator on the guage along with a constant right blinker light. Any ideas?
