Long story short, someone tried to hot wire my bike and blew the main fuse in the process. Now the problem is that if i leave my bike on "on" too long without starting it the battery goes COMPLETELY dead. Also when i turn on my high beams or push on the break (im guessing when i increase load on the electrical system the temp jumps up 4-6 deg. As soon as i shut off the bike it goes back down. Twice its happened when im on the freeway @ low throttle to maintain speed the bike will start cutting the ignition but once i open the throttle it seems like it picks up again...

I am totally confused as to whats going on...
