Default Need help picking good parts

Hey,
I am waondering if anyone knows a good brand of brakes (front and rear) and rotors to get. I have looked at motorcycle superstore.com and there are a lot to pick from. Also if there are any suggestions about a chain and sprokets (stock or preformance)

Thanks

I tend to like EBC HH pads, but to each his own. As for chains, I'm one who believes that you can go a VERY long way on a medium price O-ring chain if you take care of it. You don't need the high $$$ chain unless you want the bling factor or spend a good amount of time on the track. As for rotors, what is wrong with your stock ones?

I say OEM or EBC brake pads.

Good question about the rotors. What is wrong with them?

If they are at minimum thickness and needs to be replaced because of that, a few people on the forums have found decent aftermarket rotors on Ebay. There are also a good amount of used OEM rotors on Ebay as well.

Thanks for all the brake options. As for the rotors, I dont think there are any problems I was just wondering because I think they are the original from new and was thinking they may need to be replaced.

Service manual states minimum thickness for front Rotors are 3.5mm and rear are 4.0mm. If your rotors are above that, then I say continue to use them unless you want performance parts or a different look.
