Default doing conversion

well ive finally decided and talked my wife into it thank god, ive got roughly 10 months before my baby gets here so i got that time only to get my parts and mods done then after that all my momey goes to my new baby

well ive done a good amount of research and decided to do the following, want some opinions on these and what you guys would do. this is mostly a daily commuter with occassional track days

600rr swingarm conversion
upgrading to the rear sportech spring
929/954 calipers for front
600rr rear caliper
galfer ss lines front and rear
galfer brake pads
stock length DID gold chain for 600rr (since down 1 tooth in front)

these are the first things im buying with my money for that recession stuff coming in

after im done and get this on ima decide whether or not to get a race tail or just do the split seat conversion to add to the appeal of the race style im shooting for.
hopefully this will hold me over for summer, for this winter going to do a rebuild on the forks thru sportech for my weight and my goals. tell me what you guys think

I don't think the swing arm would be a good Idea for the track. While it looks cooler than the OEM swingarm, I don't think the bike will handle as good with the RR swingwam on the track...the bike was designed to work at its best potential with the parts that Honda engineers designed for it. Okay for street, but I would not recommend for track...Im sure you already read all the threads about this conversion...in my opinion, this is just what I gathered from the threads. The brakes would probably work out well for you though.

lol ya i know, ive talked to a few people that actually race with the rr swingarm and like it alot better than the stock f4i. for instance look at every moto gp bike they all have this style swingarm. if you set it up correctly and do the conversion right i see no probs with it on the track. by next spring ill give you my few opinion on it
