Default Difference between 01-03 & 04-06

I tried a search but there were way too many results to sort through. I know the seat is different but is there anything else? I REALLY like the F4i but that seat kills it. I would pick up a used one but I have a problem with trusting people I dont know since I've been ripped off by people I did know.

Thanks,
Frankie

you can covert the new seats to the old ones with a new subframe and slight modifications. There is a write up on here somewhere about it.

All 06's have o2 sensors in the pipe. It's not just the Cali models anymore.

I found quite a few threads about the conversion. Seems pretty easy to do.

I figured the 06's would have an O2 and a cat since all the new bikes do.

Are there any other differences beside the seat and O2?

I think there was a sprocket change too. Maybe a tooth added to the rear sprocket on the 04-06 models?
