Default Are the decals on the tail clear coated?

I'm doing the tail swap on my 06 and I need have my new tail painted. Does anyone know if the factory puts clear coat over the decals or is that just for the ones on the tank?

Thanks,
Mark

The decals are not clearcoated on my wife's '01 F4i, I peeled the decals off the tail section in one piece, just parked it in the sun for a while first.

Mine were not clearcoated. Came off easily with a little heat.

Thanks guys, I won't bother having them clear coated by the painter.

Stock only the tank decals are cleared over, none others. If any other decals are cleared over, it's aftermarket.
