Cowl question.

RE: Cowl question.
I ordered one, and just got it this week.As soon as Monday gets here i'll be sending it back. It wouldn't snap in to the stock location at all. The color was a little off, but i kind of expected that. It was orange-y red, where as my bike was more of a deep red. I could have lived with that, if the damn thing would have even snapped in. Oh well, at least they have a return policy....

I think it is Fuly anyway....too much going on in a small space that does not really match up with the rest of the bike and we all know the vents serve no purpose at all.

RE: Cowl question.
Sorry about the wait guys,I just came back from vaction yesterday and the cowl was sitting at home waiting for me to open it.
It came in a plastic bag inside this box.
This is the back side of the cowl. *This is how it came in the mail.
This is what it looks on my bike.
And here's a close up from the backside.
Ok first off the I was happy with the way they packed the cowl. There was no damage to it from the shipping. And once I got the cowl on my bike I thought the colors matched very well. *BUT the damn cowl wouldn't slide in just like the rear seat would. I had to use some force to put it in the right spot. Once it was in the right position I heard the cowl crack a little bit. I took it off and it had some cracks near the main hook that holds it in position. I compaired the hook to the hook from the rear seat and it looked a little smaller about 2/4 inch. I want to keep it and just super glue the cracks but I'm not to sure it won't get worse.
