Default Coolant or Oil or No Problem?

My coolant is low. Can you use standard automotive coolant and do you mix it in some ratio with water? My bike is 2005 Honda CBR 600 F4i. It's 40-50 degrees outside and the tempature went up to 180-190 and when waiting in the traffic (rush hour) it went up to 220. I am asking this since I don't have the manual to my bike. I bought it second hand and they didn't include the manual. Thanks in advance.

Thanx for the advice, but as I mentioned before I would check it if I had it.

So can I use normal coolant?

There is no such thing a normal coolant anymore. But from the back of the Honda HP coolant bottle it says something to effect of.

Water, Ethylene Glycol, Diethylene Glycol. No Silicates (non abrasive). Meets Astm D-3306. Maximum corrosion protection for all Honda cooling systems.

If you do use something else, let us know what it was and how it worked.
