So Bikebolts never shipped my parts and it's been nearly 2 weeks. No replies when I leave a voice message either.

Opening a paypal case to dispute the charge now and claiming what's mine. I hope nobody else gets this kind of treatment.

 

Have to say I'm pretty post of at bikebolts.com. Ordered my complete fairing kit on 4/25/13. Still haven't been shipped out and they took my money w/in a day of my order. They won't answer the phone or my emails. The 4forum20 code did work but I wish I woulda just ordered a cheap eBay set w/ the BS turn around time on my order.

 

Did you pay with PayPal? I ordered on 4/21/2013 and didn't receive any info. I filed a dispute with PayPal after numerous attempts to contact Bike Bolts.

They did not respond for most of the dispute period. 1 day before PayPal refunds me, they post usps shipping info (only electronically notified on 5/2) and the item didn't reach the post office until 5/9.

The bolts are being delivered tomorrow but I will never ever buy from them again.

 

Mine finally came in yesterday. They've lost my future business too. Countless calls emails and msgs w/o response. Poor CS if u ask me.

 

Never had a problem with any of the order's I have made through them in the past. Hopefully this is just a rare occasion, I know they carry high quality kits and I am nervous about ordering them through an ebay auction and not getting all the bolts/clips/retainers.....etc

 

I know its been forever for this thread but i need that diagram could you send me a picture?
