Default clutchless shifting?

now i know there are pros and cons, but i wanna hear from the seasoned vets what they are and which outweighs the other. i've been primarily up shifting clutchless and downshifting with the clutch, and i see it as half of the wear on the clutch thus entailing twice the life. is this right? wrong? completely wayyyy off? who clutchless shifts here? anyone have any problems doing so with gears crapping out or other things as a direct result of said shifting method?

if you can do it, then you wont do any damage to the transmission. if you cant, then you'll wear out the tranny. I usually engage the clutch a tiny bit when i'm lazily up shifting. Pre loading the shifter is the key for me
